【法语移民】2025年加拿大Canada法语技术移民（French Speaking Immigration）法语CLB7（TEF听读写说249/207/310/310） and 英语CLB6（雅思听读写说5.5 5 5.5 5.5）
目前政策下，如果没有加拿大雇主，也没有法语，雅思8777也仅够加拿大无雇主技术移民基本要求，还不一定能有项目可以走。但是如果有法语的话，则有很多条加拿大移民路径。
目前法语类项目主要是有（1）联邦Express Entry法语类项目和（2）安省法语类项目（特别注明，安省法语项目需要学士学位）。两个项目都是不限制具体职业，两者的打分标准都是依据Express Entry标准打分（打分表见后面），分数300多分就多次可获得邀请（这个分数大家都知道很低很低）。只不过两者都有法语要求，前者(1)联邦需要满足法语语言水平达到NCLC7（即法语TEF听读写说249-207-310-310），后者(2)安省需要满足法语CLB7（TEF听读写说249/207/310/310）and 英语CLB6（雅思听读写说5.5 5 5.5 5.5）。近期挑选情况如下：

加拿大安省法语项目French Speaking Skilled Worker Stream (FSSW)，2021年后申请人不再需要法语TEF作为第一语言，英语作为第二语言，具体要求如下：

Overview
Ontario’s Express Entry Human Capital Priorities stream is an immigration stream under the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP).
It gives foreign workers with the required skilled work experience, language abilities and education the opportunity to apply to permanently live and work in Ontario.
You must have a valid profile in Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada’s (IRCC’s) Express Entry system and receive a Notification of Interest from Ontario before you can apply online to be nominated by the Ontario government for permanent residence.
If you are nominated, your next step is to apply to the federal government through IRCC. They make the final decision on who becomes a permanent resident.
