Express Entry连续一年工作经验要求
加拿大联邦Express Entry技术移民项目，强制要求申请人近10年必须满足连续的一年同一个代码的NOC 0 A B类职业的工作经验，否则不符合申请资格。
Express Entry准入的三种通道要求如下：
（一）技术移民类--Federal Skilled Worker (Express Entry)
（1）Express Entry评分需要达到67分；
（2）工作经验是属于NOC TEER 0 1 2 3类别；
（3）近10年至少有一年的连续的同一职业代码的工作经验，这一年不能有任何一天的gap（有continuous）；
note：全职每周工作30小时，工作1年，总工作时长1560小时；兼职每周工作15小时，工作2年，总工作时长1560小时；无论兼职和全职，超过每周30小时的工作经验不计算。不带薪的志愿者工作和实习工作不计算工作经验。对于兼职工作经验，申请人可以工作几份兼职，每周工作可以超过或少于15小时（不能超过30小时），只要累计1560小时即可。学生期间的一年的、连续的、支付薪资的、满足工作时限的工作经验可能可以用来满足最低连续一年工作经验的要求。
（4）语言CLB7及以上(比如雅思四个6）；
（二）技工移民类--Federal Skilled Trades Program (Express Entry)
（1）申请移民前5年至少2年的全职或等同的兼职技工工作经验（NOC 72、73、82、83、92、93（不包含932）、6320、62200）（没有continuous）。
note：工作经验必须带薪，不带薪的志愿者工作或者实习工作不计算工作经验。The work experience only counts after you qualified to independently practice the occupation.
（2）必须要有一年加拿大全职雇佣offer或者加拿大省政府颁发的资格证书（certificate of qualification）。
（3）语言CLB 5 (English听5说5) or NCLC 5 (French) for speaking and listening, andCLB 4 (English 读3.5写4）) or NCLC 4 (French) for reading and writing。
（三）经验移民类--Canadian Experience Class (Express Entry)
（1）申请前3年至少有1年加拿大等同全职带薪工作经验（没有continuous）。
note：全职每周工作30小时，工作1年，总工作时长1560小时；兼职每周工作15小时，工作2年，总工作时长1560小时；无论兼职和全职，超过每周30小时的工作经验不计算。必须在加拿大境内工作、必须持有合法身份、必须持有合法工作许可。不带薪的志愿者工作和实习工作不计算工作经验。对于兼职工作经验，申请人可以工作几份兼职，每周工作可以超过或少于15小时（不能超过30小时），只要累计1560小时即可。自雇和全职学生的工作经验不计算满足最低工作要求。
（2）NOC TEER 0 or 1 jobs, the minimum level is CLB 7 (English) or NCLC 7 (French).NOC TEER 2 or 3 jobs, the minimum level is CLB 5 (English) or NCLC 5 (French)。

Skilled work experience
Skilled work experience means that you’ve worked in 1 of these National Occupational Classification (NOC) TEER categories:
-TEER 0
-TEER 1
-TEER 2
-TEER 3
You must show that while working in your primary occupation, you performed the duties set out in the lead statement of the occupational description in the NOC. This includes all the essential duties and most of the main duties listed.
Your skilled work experience must be
in the same type of job (have the same NOC) as the job you want to use for your immigration application (called your primary occupation)
-within the last 10 years
-paid work (have been paid wages or earned commission—volunteer work or unpaid internships don’t count)
-at least 1 year of continuous work or 1,560 hours total (30 hours per week)—you can meet this in a few different ways:
-You can work as many part-time jobs as you need to meet this requirement
-full-time at 1 job: 30 hours/week for 12 months = 1 year full-time (1,560 hours)
-equal amount in part-time work: for example 15 hours/week for 24 months = 1 year full time (1,560 hours)
-full-time at more than 1 job: 30 hours/week for 12 months at more than 1 job = 1 year full time (1,560 hours)
Part-time work experience
Your skilled work experience must be paid work including paid wages or earned commission. We don’t count volunteer work or unpaid internships.
For part-time work, you can work more or less than 15 hours/week as long as it adds up to 1,560 hours. You can work more than 1 part-time job to get the hours you need to apply.
We don’t count any hours you work above 30 hours/week.
Student work experience
Work experience gained while you were studying may count towards your minimum requirements if the work:
-was paid by wages or commissions
-was continuous (no gaps in employment), and
-meets all the other requirements of the Program

Your work experience must be:
in the same type of job as your primary NOC within the last 10 years paid work (volunteer work, unpaid internships don’t count)（必须同一个职业代码，不能半年是软件工程师，半年是行政助理）
at skill type 0, or skill levels A or B of the 2016 National Occupational Classification (NOC)
at least 1 year (1,560 hours total / 30 hours per week), continuous（必须是连续的，比如半年在这家公司做，中间换工作到其他公司，有一天空档（新新源移民），这种情况不符合资格。换工作可以，但是必须没有空档，必须同一个职业代码）:
full-time at 1 job: 30 hours/week for 12 months = 1 year full time (1,560 hours)（全职时间：每周至少30小时，一年1560小时（新新源移民）。两者同时满足，有的周50小时，有的周15小时，一年够1560也不行）
equal amount in part-time: 15 hours/week for 24 months = 1 year full time (1,560 hours)（兼职时间：每周至少15小时，持续2年，否则不符合资格）
full-time at more than 1 job: 30 hours/week for 12 months at more than 1 job = 1 year full time (1,560 hours)
You must show that you did the duties set out in the occupational description in the NOC. This includes most of the main duties listed.
If you can’t show that your work experience meets the description in the NOC, you aren’t eligible under this program.

关于Arranged employment in Canada

说明：
（1）官方guide中学习期间和自雇期间的支付薪资的工作经验可以计算，我们也认可。不过在实践中，这两种经验极为不好操作。一方面是工作经验时间难以核算，另一方面是比如自雇的工作证明材料远比一般的就业推荐信复杂，难以提供和被认可。所以，除非特别没有办法，一般不要去尝试学习期间的工作经验核算，以及自雇期间的工作经验核算。即便自己有公司的，也按照一般的就业去体现材料（新新源移民）。
（2）毕业后的期间的支付薪资的实习工作是可以计算工作经验。一般志愿者工作都是没有薪资的，所以无论如何都不计算工作经验。
（3）加拿大访问学者，一般是国内发工资，所以不算加拿大工作经验（新新源移民），但是加拿大博士后是加拿大支付薪资，可以计算加拿大工作经验。
